This was a fun brewery to have a beer from! For Ursula Brewery we had their wonderful Xocolatl. A chocolate imperial stout which was a flavorful, fun and even memorable in more ways than one. I have heard of Ursula Brewing for some time now and was so excited to finally try one of their beers. I've seen the brand name here and there for a while and often times that is motivation enough for me to try a brewery but the brewery name for this one reminds me of my first Chihuahua, Ursula so there was an even bigger drive to try this beer. The Xocolatl has chocolate, vanilla, caocao nibs and ancho chilies giving this beer the Hot Chocolate idea they are going for. Complex in flavor and perfect for a cold winter day this very flavorful imperial stout is extremely warming! The round that Steve and I had was also a drink to my dog( a tribute), Ursula not because I got the name from the sea witch in The Little Mermaid but from the actress Ursula Andress. Readers and fans of my reviews feel free to scroll through my pictures to see pictures of my sweet Chihuahua, Ursula! But without meandering too far off from the subject of the beer from Ursula Brewing... I really enjoyed this imperial stout and would love to try more of their beers in future!

Evey was awesome! Nine beers on at the time and I sampled six on a quick drop in visit. Had a seat at the bar which was close to the action but certainly a low key and local establishment. Outdoor and indoor seating. Lot of local academics with the University campus adjacent. Have been doing my best to try Aurora breweries lately. Denver has felt a little stale and I realize I frequent a few spots so it's time for new views! This area has really grown in the last few years. Additional businesses and apartments/condos keep multiplying so I'm glad they have a local brewery as well. Some current construction so be sure to double check your parking situation. Otherwise it's a very walkable and modern area. You can grab a drink at many nearby spots but it won't be Colorado craft beer or this caliber. That's the first time I've ever used "caliber" in a Yelp review but it's fitting. Fifteen beers on tap here would be sweet but I probably just came in between brews being released. Evey was very polite and great at suggesting beers to anyone new or unfamiliar. Fun but relaxed vibe so grab a drink solo or meet a friend. He'll make a new friend and enjoy some delicious Colorado craft beer!

We came out here as it was part of the pub pass. It's in a nice area. It's probably going to be even better after they finish the construction going on in front of it. We could only stay for one drink as we were on our way to pick someone up from the airport. It was busy the time we went here and the bartender was nice and knowledgeable. The beer wasn't great. At least the ones each of us had. From it being out of our way we aren't super keen on making it all the way back from where we're located.

This brewery is great!! Excellent customer service - the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The owner had his beer can collection on a table by the bar - which was fun to see! The beers are SO good...sampled everything on the menu, and was most impressed by the barrel aged 180 gram stout (had the original, vanilla & coconut and the chocolate orange cake). The only bummer was there was not any of the 180 available to bring home! We sat outside - there is plenty of outdoor seating and there is a garage door that opens up into the main seating area as well. We will definitely be back!

Great location next to the medical center and small patio on the side with a bigger one open by a garage door to the south. It's right across the street from a park with doggie bags because yessss the brewery is dog friendly as well. Bartender greeted my pooch with a treat. It was nice I could bring her inside to place my order. They have some great beer and parking is easy on the street. Also - all you need to know is Salted Caramel Coffee Stout.
